2012 Childcare Selection Process
Parents encouraged to complete online survey...
The San Ramon Valley Unified School District is receiving proposals from licensed childcare agencies who are interested in being considered as the provider of the childcare program at the following elementary schools:
- Alamo
- Creekside
- Golden View
- Neil Armstrong
- Rancho Romero
- Tassajara Hills
- Twin Creeks
As part of the selection process we are seeking input from the parent community. Parents from these seven schools are asked to take a few minutes to complete the following online survey.
Deadline to complete this survey is Sunday, October 7, 5:00 PM.

10/1 - SURVEY PARENTS
10/2 - COMMITTEE MEMBER APPLICATIONS (Parents & Teachers) TO SITES
10/7 - PARENT SURVEY CLOSES
10/8 - APPLICATIONS DUE BACK TO SCHOOLS
10/10 - REVIEW COMMITTEE MEMBER APPLICATIONS AND SELECT COMMITTEE MEMBERS
10/12 - CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF RFP
10/15 – 10/19 - PREVIEWS OF RFPs AND SURVEY RESULTS BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS
10/22 – 10/26 - COMMITTEES MAY VISIT LOCAL CHILDCARE PROVIDERS
10/26 - COMMITTEES SUBMIT POSSIBLE QUESTIONS
11/1 - PRESENTATIONS / SITE COMMITTEES SUBMIT RECOMMENDATION OF PROVIDER TO SUPERINTENDENT
11/13 - SUPERINTENDENT MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOARD OF EDUCATION
