The individual is entered once in the database and that record reused and changed as needed. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. Anyone entering in Census Data who was not a building coach is required to attend and take the prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day) Census Modify: This advanced course covers modifying demographic data and household information. This hands-on course uses advanced census scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that all attendees take the prerequisite, self-paced courses for this session. Attendees who were not a Building Coach must also take Census: Creation. Ad Hoc Reporting: Basics: This course focuses on creating filters, designing reports, building reports, and data export. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that attendees attend either the Building Coach Course or take the prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day) Attendance-Secondary: Attendees of this course will learn the monitoring and processing of student attendance running of applicable reports, and setting up/printing attendance letters. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that attendees attend either the Building Coach Course or taken the prerequisite, self-paced courses.
