Meetings and Agendas
Board meetings are typically held twice each month on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM. Meetings are held at the SRVUSD Education Center located at 699 Old Orchard Drive in Danville. All meetings are open to the public.
When needed, special meetings are scheduled in addition to the regularly scheduled meetings. Agendas for these meetings are available 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Agendas outlining the topics to be covered during a regular Board meeting are posted on the district website ( www.srvusd.net ) and at the district Education Center. Copies of meeting agendas are available in the Superintendent's Office or at the Board meeting. Agendas are also available via email by contacting Ginny Haddad at ghaddad@srvusd.net or 925-552-2933. Board packets are available for review in the Superintendent's Office starting at 4 PM on the Friday before the meeting.

Copies of the Board Packet for each meeting are posted on the district website (www.srvusd.net ) and are available for public review on the Friday before the scheduled Board meeting.
Public Comment at a Board Meeting
Members of the public can address the Board regarding items that are not on the agenda during the Public Comment (Non-Agenda Item) section of the meeting. Items that are on the agenda can be addressed when that item is introduced by the Board President.
For items not on the agenda ,speakers must submit a Speaker's Card to the Board secretary. The Board President will call each speaker to the podium during non-agenda Public Comment. A time limit of three (3) minutes per speaker has been established and will be enforced. Please note, however, that by law the Board cannot take action or engage in dialogue on items not on the agenda.
