This introductory course will cover accessing the Campus application, searching for students, navigating the application, and an overview of the student information general set of data. Student Info (read only) Audience: All staff who will use Infinite Campus product Description: This training session will cover reading and accessing student information. Changing or adding information to Campus will not be covered. (51 Minutes)

 105 Census Creation and Census Modify* (LC, PV, SV only) Webinar

Census Creation:  The Census module provides entry point for all people who will be entered into the Campus database – school staff, parents, students and emergency contacts. The individual is entered once in the database and that record reused and changed as needed. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. Anyone entering in Census Data who was not a building coach is required to attend and take the prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

Census Modify:  This advanced course covers modifying demographic data and household information. This hands-on course uses advanced census scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that all attendees take the prerequisite, self-paced courses for this session. Attendees who were not a Building Coach must also take Census: Creation. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

 106 Ad Hoc Reporting: Basics Attendance-Secondary Webinar

Ad Hoc Reporting: Basics: This course focuses on creating filters, designing reports, building reports, and data export. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that attendees attend either the Building Coach Course or take the prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

 

Attendance-Secondary:  Attendees of this course will learn the monitoring and processing of student attendance running of applicable reports, and setting up/printing attendance letters. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that attendees attend either the Building Coach Course or taken the prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

  Ad Hoc Reporting: Cube Designer Webinar TBA

The Cube Designer is for analysis of data available in Campus.  Attendees should attend the Ad Hoc Reporting Basics Class prior to this course.  This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills from the required, prerequisite, self-paced courses.  Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

  Behavior* (GR, LC, PV, SV, WR only) Self-Paced  

The Campus application allows for both Positive and Negative behaviors and shows how both types of events are entered. It also covers creating and printing of behavior letters and executing related reports. (41 Minutes)

  Lockers* (GR, PV, SV only) Self-Paced  

This course will cover locker set up, assigning lockers to students, ending assignments, rotating locker sequences and locker related reports. (28 Minutes)

  Messenger Self-Paced  

This course covers both System Adminisration functions and also end user functionality. End user sessions will show how to create messages and then send the messages. (51 Minutes)
