FIRST TIME RENTERS
FIRST TIME RENTERS MUST READ:
Read all information on this webpage before proceeding to ActiveNet.
SRVUSD has an online reservation request system, ActiveNet. First time users must create an online account at ActiveNet AND contact the Facilities Department at 925-824-1883.
- Create a user name and password.
- Contact us to have account activated. If your account is
not physically activated by SRVUSD, you will not
have full reservation request capabilities.

Certificate of Insurance
If your request to rent a facility is approved, proof of insurance is required prior to your event. All user groups must provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Facilities Use Department a minimum of 2 weeks before the scheduled event.
The minimum insurance limits are $1 million for liability coverage for bodily injury AND property damage per occurrence with an aggregate limit of no less than $2 million and SRVUSD must be named as ADDITIONAL INSURED with Endorsement.
Please be sure to send the ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT page with the Certificate of Insurance. SRVUSD should be listed as the beneficiary on BOTH pages.
IMPORTANT: If insurance documents are not received 2 weeks before event date, the application will be automatically dropped from the system and the request must be resubmitted.

Pre-Payment for Facilities Use
If your reservation request is approved, payment for facilities use is required before your event. Payment can be made by check or credit card and must be received 2 weeks prior to your event.
- Credit cards can only be done online through ActiveNet.

How the Request Process Works - Using ActiveNet
Requests for facility use must be submitted no less than 2 weeks prior to your planned event. ActiveNet will only accept applications made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
Inputting your information does not constitute an approved request; it is an application request for the dates and times. After your request has been reviewed, you will receive an e-mail notification that your information has been approved or denied. If approved, you have permission to use the facility at the date/time you have requested providing the Facilities Use Department has your current Certificate of Insurance on file and payment has been made.
