This introductory course will cover accessing the Campus application, searching for students, navigating the application, and an overview of the student information general set of data. Student Info (read only) Audience: All staff who will use Infinite Campus product.  Description: This training session will cover reading and accessing student information. Changing or adding information to Campus will not be covered. (51 Minutes)

  Grad Planner Process (Head Counselors only) Webinar 5/14 1-3:00pm, Ed Services Conf. Room

This session will guide school administrators in the process of setting up the Grad Planner for high school students. It also overviews the Student Information tab and importing assessments. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills from the required, prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (2 hrs)

  Ad Hoc Reporting: Basics and Walk-In Scheduler Webinar

Ad Hoc Reporting: Basics: This course focuses on creating filters, designing reports, building reports, and data export. This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills. It is required that attendees attend either the Building Coach Course or take the prerequisite, self-paced courses. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

Walk-In Scheduler:  This session covers using the Walk-In Scheduler to give a student a schedule. It also covers how to make changes to a student’s schedule during the current term and in the future. It is required that all attendees take the prerequisite, self-paced courses for this session. Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

This course covers the functionality of the Counseling Module, this includes adding a team for a student, saving documents and forms, and tracking basic conversations with students, student contacts and staff. (10 Minutes)

 106 Ad Hoc Reporting: Cube Designer Webinar TBA

The Cube Designer is for analysis of data available in Campus.  Attendees should attend the Ad Hoc Reporting Basics Class prior to this course.  This hands-on course uses common scenarios for attendees to practice their skills from the required, prerequisite, self-paced courses.  Each attendee should have a computer for their use. (1/2 Day)

  Grad Planner User Self-Paced  

Once students are set up with a graduation program, this course shows the attendee how to use that area of the application to periodically check on the student's progress. (25 Minutes)

  Messenger Self-Paced  

This course covers both System Administration functions and also end user functionality. End user sessions will show how to create messages and then send the messages. (51 Minutes)

  High School Scheduling Preparation In-Person 1/24, 12-4pm, DVHS Room 4211) 

Session covers preparing courses, adding student requests and analyzing data to build the master schedule for the upcoming school year.

  Secondary Schedule: Prep Review and Wizard In-Person 4/22, 7:30-3pm, (DVHS Room 4211)

This course teaches attendees how to masterfully use the Schedule Wizard to create the schools master plan and then how to load in students based on requests. It will include tips and tricks and running of reports to build the most efficient schedules for their schools.
