The Maintenance and Operations Department is comprised of Operations, Maintenance and Grounds, Purchasing, Transporation, Warehouse, Duplicating, Custodial, Child Nutrition and Community Services. 

Our service-oriented philosophy is built upon the skills and teamwork of caring professional.  We understand the needs of our facility users and rely upon this teamwork to accomplish our primary goal of providing a high-quality physical environment.  we set high service standards and recognize superior effort and results.  we promote the personal growth of our staff through education and training.  Each individual is a team member who contributes to the decision making process.

Quality is the foundation for our long term success and is the focus of our maintenance efforts.  We are committed to continuous quality improvement in all areas of our performance.  Quality improvement leads to greater productivity, lower maintenance costs, a safer learning environment and increased employee pride in workmanship.  Each individual must constantly strive to improve their area of service and to eliminate all forms of waste.  Our combined efforts, both in maintenance and with the community, will promote long term success.

It is our mission to improve facility reliability and provide a safe learning environment for students. We will maximize our efforts while being a reliable, low cost performer who is pro-active in delivering quality maintenance repair and service. We will accomplish this while maintaining sound and safe schools and fostering an ever creative and productive maintenance repair team.

The Operations and Maintenance Department's goal is to manage district facilities through an active plan that supports all long-range and short-range district and school site objectives.

It is our belief that the success of the Maintenance Department depends upon our ability to continuously improve our service integrity, confidence, and performance through honest and professional conduct with our students, schools and community.
