Candidates interested in being considered for available vacancies which occur for the 2018-19 school year must submit an online SRVUSD application through EdJoin with the following attachments:
- Letter of Intent / Introduction
- Current Resume
- Three recent Letters of Recommendation (2 years or less preferred)
- Copy of valid credential or letter verifying expected completion of program

Our jobs are divided into two categories: Certificated and Classified.
Certificated employees are required to have a Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Certificated employees belong to the California Teachers Association (CTA) and include, teachers, speech therapists, school psychologists, nurses, and similar classifications.
Classified employees include clerical staff, instructional assistants, custodians, accounting personnel and similar classifications. Classified Employees are not required to have a teaching credential.
We also have management, confidential and professional administrative employees. Some of these positions are Certificated and some are Classified. These employees do not belong to a union. They include Principals, Managers, Directors, Coordinators, Specialists, etc.
