Teachers, here is your one-stop-shop for information on using Infinite Campus.  You will find a link to an animated overview and a library of mini-guides to help you learn the basics of Campus.  The contents of these brief mini-guides are all that you really need to know about using Campus at this time.

You will find the links to our LIVE version of Campus and a Sandbox version within which one can practice at the Campus Login Portal .  You will login using your normal district network login name and password.

Campus 101 Orientation (not required to do)

This orientation is optional for teachers.  It consists of an animated overview of the general student information.

Campus Use by Teachers

 All Teachers will use Campus for these functions in 2011-12:

  • Viewing rosters for classes and running related schedule reports
  • Recording and reporting attendance for classes
  • Creating and maintaining class seating charts (optional)
  • Viewing information on their students, including demographic info, schedules, enrollments, attendance, progress report and course grades, unofficial transcripts, and assessment history
 
Secondary teachers will continue to use School Loop in 2011-12 to:
  • Maintain class gradebooks
  • Post grades at the end of each reporting period (which will automatically upload into Campus)
  • View and analyze assessment data
  • Continue to use the other features of the teacher’s choice in School Loop

 

Elementary teachers will continue to use Data Director in 2011-12 to:
  • Enter data in report cards at the end of each reporting period
  • View and analyze assessment data
