Video Conferencing

Every school in the SRVUSD now has an AverComm H300 Videoconferencing System, mounted on an Ergotron cart with a NEC 46" LCD monitor.  Additional systems are also at the Professional Development Center, Ed Center Board Room, and Ed Services Conference Room.  The elementary schools' systems were funded generously by the SRV Education Foundation and the SRV Council of PTAs.  The systems at the middle schools, high schools, and district facilities were funded by an Enhancing Education Through Technology -- ARRA grant.

Each school also has a comprehensive CD that includes the complete H300 user's manual that covers all of the basic and advanced features of the system.  Software is also included for playing back recorded videoconferencing sessions on computers.  The software is freely installed on as many computers as you wish.
