Hours of Operation

The Warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Deliveries are accepted from 7:15 am to 2:30 pm daily.


Welcome to the Warehouse!


  1. To maintain a secure warehouse, accepting responsibility for all items contained within.
  2. To receive all merchandised in an efficient manner.
  3. To keep accurate records, including details of orders and noting discrepancies, taking action necessary to correct variances.
  4. Working closely with Buyers and noting any changes in Purchase Order.
  5. Assisting accounts payable department in reconciliation of Purchase Order, Invoice and Packing Slip.
  6. Retain quality control.
  7. Delivering all orders to the schools and ordering departments in an efficient and courteous manner.  All deliveries will require a signed, dated receipt.
  8. Maintain adequate inventory of various supplies and notifying purchasing for re-orders when stock is low.
  9. Handle, pull and stock food items with care and as hygienically as possible.
  10. Provide a timely, efficient and courteous service to everyone.

Warehouse Forms

The most recent and up-to-date Warehouse forms are available for site use. To access these forms please visit our Warehouse locker, located on this webpage. Below are descriptions of the forms for your convenience:

Warehouse Requisition: Use this form to complete your Warehouse stores orders. Once complete submit either by fax or save and email to the warehouse.

Warehouse Stores Catalog: This catalog is regularly updated, so be sure you are utilizing the most current version. This catalog includes all stores items in our warehouse and a separate tab for Duplicating forms.

Request to Return to Vendor: This form is to be used when your site needs to return items, purchased with a purchase order to the vendor. Please contact Darryl Corzine at 925-824-1833 to schedule your return pick up.

Warehouse Goes Green

BEGINNING Monday, January 6, 2014 – packing slips/delivery documents for ALL SITES and Service Departments (ie. Accounting, Technology, Transportation, Child Nutrition, Ed Center, etc.)  will be also be available in a digital file called “Warehouse folder”.  This will allow anyone with the appropriate permission to view and retrieve a PDF copy of packing slip or any other pertinent receiving document that arrived with the PO delivery.   The “original” delivery document will remain with the box/envelope/order.


Current practice of multiple photo copying these documents for distribution will be discontinued.  Scanning these documents allows the Warehouse practice a much efficient and “greener receiving” process.
