Form for Suspected Bullying
The San Ramon Valley Unified School District is committed to protecting students and preventing discrimination on our campuses. SRVUSD believes that our students have the right to be free of bullying, intimidation and harassment while on any of our campuses or associated with any school/district related activity. In accordance with these beliefs and commitments, SRVUSD has adopted Board Policy 5145.3
All students, employees, parents and community members should report incidents of suspected bullying immediately. If you witness or suspect bullying, please complete the following fillable form and immediately forward to the school principal. An investigation will be conducted to determine if bullying occurred and corrective action needed.
"Bullying" is defined as: physical, verbal, nonverbal or written conduct that is so severe and pervasive that it affects a student's ability to participate in or benefit from an education program or activity; creates an intimidating, threatening, hostile, or offensive educational environment; has the effect of substantially or unreasonably interfering with a student's academic performance; or otherwise adversely affects a student's educational opportunities.

Technology is a huge part of all of our lives. It has become commonplace to shop, pay bills, choose movies, buy tickets and communicate with friends and relatives online. We are working hard to include instructional technology in a meaningful way in the daily lives of our students. Parents have played a big role in helping us to put tools in the hands of our students and teachers so that each of our students has the opportunity to experience a digital classroom environment as part of the learning process. In Spring of 2015, if all goes as planned, the State of California will begin testing students online instead of with paper and pencil exams.
As the world goes digital, we at SRVUSD are also trying to improve our processes and convenience for our parents. The District is very excited to announce that our Student Information System’s parent portal is now open! Parents are now able to view important information about their children as well as make updates/changes to their own household/emergency contact information. Information is for the current year only, and changes can only be made for students who are currently in our system. In the portal, parents can view grades, immunizations, assessments and transcripts. You can also make changes to your household information and emergency contacts – all online!
If you have not already done so, please create your portal account and update any demographic information that may need to be changed. For middle and high school students, final report cards will be available electronically, but only to those who have created their parent portal account. For instructions on how to create your parent portal account, please go to the District website at:
We will also be conducting online district registration for 2013-14, but please note that this district registration is only step 1 in the process. Each school site will still conduct its own registration process, and parents will need to check with their school(s) for information on that process and important dates.
We hope that these changes make your access to us a bit more convenient. Thank you for your patience with us as we make the transition.
